This PDQP is a electronic portfolio that documents where I have been, where I am, and where I plan to go as an educator. It was always my ambition to be a teacher, after experiencing a handful of amazing teachers who inspired me from my primary school to high school. I feel that it is important to be a reflective professional and evaluate my own practice and reflect on my own teaching philosophies in order to improve my own teaching. This portfolio will be a powerful tool to help me approach, manage, and present my own dedications and efforts in teaching and learning. This portfolio will be shared selectively with supervisors, peer colleagues, and even students for review and exchange.
